• Seattle-Based Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours from our Seattle warehouse (excluding weekends & holidays).

• Shipping Tiers:Standard Trail (Free over $75): 3–5 business day delivery within the U.S.Expedited Peak: 2–3 business days for fast-approaching adventures.

2. The "Perfect Fit" Promise

At PawTrk, we want both you and your dog to love your gear.

• First Exchange is on us! For your initial exchange per order, we provide a complimentary return label and cover the shipping for your replacement.
• Fair Use: Any subsequent exchanges for the same order will require the customer to cover round-trip shipping fees.

3. Final Sale & Holiday Events

To keep our promotional prices deeply discounted during special events:

• Final Sale Items: All items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted by over 30% are not eligible for return or exchange unless a clear manufacturing defect is present.
• Holiday Sale Events: During site-wide sales, all orders still enjoy our 30-day window, but return & exchange shipping fees are not covered by PawTrk.
• Limited Editions: Exclusive colors are Exchange Only and not eligible for refunds.

4. Return & Exchange Conditions (The "Clean Gear" Rule)

To protect the hygiene of all our packs, we enforce a strict inspection process:

• "Hair-Free" Standard: Items must be new, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags.
• The 20% Cleaning Fee: If an item is returned with visible dog hair, dirt, odors, or signs of outdoor use, a 20% restocking and professional cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund, or the return may be rejected.
• Customized Gear: These items are non-returnable unless defective.

5. How to Start Your Return

1. Request: Contact us via our CONTACT page with your order number.
2. Prep: Clean the gear of any hair—this is the most important step!
3. Ship: Once a return label is issued, the item must be scanned by the carrier within 14 days. After 14 days, the return authorization may be cancelled.
4. Process: Refunds or exchanges are issued once the item is received and passes our inspection.
