We currently ship within the United States with a flat shipping fee of $7, and offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, a flat rate of $15 applies. Yes, we do ship internationally as well! Please note that international customers are responsible for covering shipping fees. Since rates vary depending on the destination, feel free to contact us directly to get an exact quote — we’re happy to help you place your order smoothly.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect or Return Coverage was added at checkout.

Your first size or color exchange per order is free (outbound shipping covered by PAWTRK).
Additional exchanges may require customers to cover round-trip shipping. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Once a return label is issued, items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days.
Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be automatically closed.

Trail X Gen 2 and Limited Edition share the same core performance standards — full-body coverage, waterproof construction, and breathable protection designed for real outdoor conditions.
What differs:
Front Leg Design
Limited Edition features a refined front leg cut designed to help maintain structure when wet, reducing visual softening or downward pull during prolonged rain.
Gen 2 retains the original pattern structure, with subtle refinements and expanded sizing.
Fabric Composition
Limited Edition uses a lighter-weight technical shell.
Gen 2 uses a slightly more structured fabric with a more robust hand feel.
Both versions maintain the same waterproof and breathable performance standards.

Gen 2 introduces an expanded size range.
Size Range
Limited Edition: Sizes 0–5
Gen 2: Sizes 0–8
Sizing numbers have shifted due to the expanded range.
If you previously wore Size 0 in Limited Edition/Original Version, you will select Size 1 in Gen 2. The same shift applies across sizes.
Back length measurement should always be your primary reference when selecting a size.

Quick Clean (After Daily Use)
Rinse or wipe off mud and dirt after each outing. Hang to air dry in a shaded, ventilated space.
Deep Clean (When Needed)
Machine wash cold on gentle (below 30°C) using a mild or technical fabric detergent.
Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
Tumble dry on low heat to help reactivate the water-repellent surface.
Maintaining Surface Water Repellency
The internal waterproof membrane remains intact with proper care.
However, the outer fabric features a Durable Water-Repellent (DWR) finish that may gradually wear down with repeated use.
Low-temperature tumble drying or gentle heat can help reactivate the surface water repellency.
For extended performance, a water-repellent restorer may be applied when needed.
Do not iron.
Storage
Hang in a cool, shaded place.
Avoid long-term compression and exposure to moisture-absorbing chemicals.
